Unfortunately, there is no formula for success.

You just have to show up every day and do the work. You don't do it for them, you do it for yourself. You do it because you can. Because something inside you wants to come out. You figure out a way to let it go.

Not everyone sees the work behind it. But the people in your circle matter. You keep some. You lose some. Everything else is a distraction. Vision is something shared but the passion and the execution are what separates you.

Time will pass. You feel hopeless. You start to blame everything. You question your reality. And then for some reason, the universe responds. Not when you want it, but at the moment you need it most. You call it luck. You think the timing is right. But the truth is, you already planted the seeds.

Then you realize that success is not defined by anyone else. It is the moment you decide if everything you did was worth it.
